All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in the United States.

WHERE DO FERUKA DELIVER?
We currently only do shipping within the US.
HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
- Handling Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days of purchase.
- Cut-off Time: The cut-off time for same-day processing is 2:00 PM PST.
- Transit Time: Standard shipping/transit times apply: 5-7 business days.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
The flat shipping rate for each item in an order is $4.95.

We use the following carriers for shipping, depending on the time, stage, location of the order, and actual conditions to ensure timely delivery:

- UPS
ABOUT LATE DELIVERY:
Orders are almost always shipped on time. Unexpectedly, your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
• Mistaken address
• Missing number of apartments, buildings, floors or units
• Extreme weather conditions
• International customs clearance

TRACK YOUR ORDER:
After the order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you by email.
Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update, as it may take time for the carrier to scan the package into their system. If tracking does not update after one week, please reach out to us, and rest assured that we will proactively follow up on your order to ensure timely delivery.
