Shipping Charges
A base shipping fee of $20 applies to the first item in your order.
For every additional item, an extra $15 shipping fee will be added.
Taxes & Duties:
Orders shipped to the United States include all applicable taxes. For orders shipped to other countries, import duties and VAT may apply based on local regulations. Customers are responsible for any additional charges upon delivery.
Order Tracking:
You can find your tracking number by checking your emails for shipping notifications from us.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available, it means that your package has not arrived at the shipping facility yet. Tracking events will populate on the tracking page when the package is scanned into their system.
Incorrect Address:
Please check your address carefully before placing your order. In case your package is lost due to the wrong shipping address you provided, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Missing and Stolen Packages:
In case your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but did NOT receive it, Feruka holds no responsibility for missing and stolen packages, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Order Lost in Transit:
If your package is lost in transit, we will notify you and resend or refund your order following your request.
