We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and unmodified
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-returnable items
- Personalized or customized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
REFUND PROCESS
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds may take 10–15 business days to appear
