1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, with the invoice attached, and in its original packaging.
• Returns & Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.
• Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size or color (subject to availability).
For orders shipped to the UK, France, Germany, and other European countries, we currently do not offer exchanges due to the high risk of lost shipments. If you have an issue with your order, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

2. Initiation of Return or Exchange:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, a brief explanation of why you’re returning or exchanging the item(s), and any supporting photos if applicable.
Our customer service team will provide you with a return/exchange authorization and detailed instructions on how to proceed.

4. Return & Exchange Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs of both returned and replacement packages unless the return/exchange is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item for exchanges.

5. Refund/Return Process:
Once we receive your product, we will process:
• Refunds to your original method of payment within 1-3 business days.
• Exchanges within 1-2 business days, and a new tracking number will be provided.
Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and your order details. We will resolve the issue promptly and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.

7. Taxes & Duties for International Orders:
