We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and unmodified
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-returnable items

  • Personalized or customized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect

RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

REFUND PROCESS

  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
  2. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days
  3. Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds may take 10–15 business days to appear
