A. SHIPPING RATES
A flat rate of $4.95 applies to all items in your order.
Before you confirm payment, full shipping charges are always shown at checkout.

B. SHIPPING AREA
Currently, we only ship in the United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

C. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Most orders are usually processed and ready for shipping in 1-2 business days, except for weekends and federal holidays.
Business Days: Monday through Saturday (excluding Sunday and federal holidays).

D. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
After processing, it takes about 5–7 business days for delivery.
Please be aware that the processing and delivery times are two separate time frames.

E. SHIPPING COMPANIES
We work with trusted delivery services like FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, etc… to guarantee the safe and timely delivery of your purchases.

F. SHIPPING NOTIFICATION & TRACKING
A shipping notification with your tracking number and the link to track your package will be sent to you as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
Tracking information may not update immediately until the carrier has scanned your delivery.  If your tracking number hasn’t been updated after a few days or if there are unexpected delays, please contact us and we’re ready to help you.

G. TAXES
Sales tax may apply depending on your state and local regulations and will be added to your total at checkout.

H. ADDRESS VERIFICATION
Before checking out, please make sure that your delivery address is correct.  If a consumer provides a wrong or incomplete address, Feruka is not responsible for any delays or misdelivery.
